Idea Cellular has launched a bundled offer of 16 GB 3G data with all its 3G enabled smartphones. This offer comes in line with the company?s strategy to encourage sales of its 3G smartphones. Idea is of the view that bundling data with its smartphones will bring down the total cost of owning a smartphone and 3G connection, by over 50 per cent.
Under this bundled offer, buyers of Idea smartphones can avail 16 GB 3G data worth Rs 3,200, for a recharge of Rs 261. After the recharge, Idea users will be able to use 4 GB 3G data every month for the next four months. The company is also offering free subscription of Idea TV for four months with the 16 GB data offer.
Idea 3G smartphones are available across all circles where the operator provides 3G services – Uttar Pradesh (East), Uttar Pradesh (West), Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Maharashtra & Goa, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, Kerala, Punjab, Gujarat, Jammu & Kashmir, and Himachal Pradesh.
