Idea Cellular may invest up to Rs 60 billion over the next two-three years to achieve a pan-Indian presence. The company, currently operating in 11 circles, has obtained letters of intent (LoI) for Mumbai and Bihar circles too. Idea has also applied for new licences in nine other circles.
