Idea Cellular has launched a new information portal for prepaid and post-paid customers in Kerala.
This portal is aimed at addressing customers? queries on long distance calling. The portal can be accessed at 500251 and will be free of charge.
Customers can avail of various information on the portal, such as Idea Cellular?s long distance offerings, the default calling rate to a particular country, etc.
Speaking at the launch, Vinu Verghese, circle head, Kerala, Idea Cellular, said, “We are very happy to launch this ISD portal. We have noticed that Kerala witnesses huge international call traffic and Idea Cellular offers the best ISD calling rates. Through this initiative, Idea wishes to acknowledge the faith its subscribers have shown in the network. We hope that all our subscribers use this facility effectively to assist them in all their international calling requirements.”
