Idea Cellular has extended its presence to 20 circles in the country with the launch of GSM services in the Kolkata, West Bengal and Jammu & Kashmir circles.

Idea Cellular has extended its presence to 20 circles in the country with the launch of GSM services in the Kolkata, West Bengal and Jammu & Kashmir circles. For 2009-10, Idea has planned an investment of about Rs 45 billion to extend its presence to all 22 telecom circles in the country.
