Idea Cellular expands 3G network to 10 major cities and 100 other towns in Maharashtra

Idea Cellular has expanded its 3G network to cover 10 major cities and 100 other towns in Maharashtra. The operator?s 3G services are now available in Pune, Nagpur, Nashik, Goa, Kolhapur, Solapur, Aurangabad, Ahmednagar, Akola, Nanded and 100 other towns including Shirdi, Shrirampur, Jamkhed, Pathardi and Loni in the Maharashtra and Goa Circle.

To promote usage, the operator has introduced several trial packs that are priced between Rs 8 and Rs 5,000. These packs are available to both prepaid and post-paid users.
