Amazon India’s senior vice president and country head Amit Agarwal has been appointed chairman of the Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI). He takes over from Rajan Anandan, former vice president, Google India and Southeast Asia. Further, Yatra co-founder and CEO, Dhruv Shringi has been named the new vice chairman of IAMAI, succeeding Deep Kalra, founder and group CEO, MakeMyTrip. The tenure of the new council is two years.
