Hyderabad-based value-added services provider IMImobile has acquired the UK-based mobile back-up and sharing service Mobytec in a cash-cum-stock deal.

Hyderabad-based value-added services provider IMImobile has acquired the UK-based mobile back-up and sharing service Mobytec in a cash-cum-stock deal. IMImobile will now provide the complete range of Mobytec services and solutions for mobile operators. This is IMImobile’s second acquisition in the UK, the first being digital content delivery services provider, dx3, in November 2008.
