Hutchison Max Telecom Limited has changed its name to Hutchison Essar Limited, following the consolidation of five entities under the former, earlier this year. The company’s subsidiaries are Hutchison Essar Mobile Services, Hutchison Telecom East, Hutchison Essar South, Aircel Digilink India and Fascel. Hutchison Telecom International, the Essar Group, Kotak Mahindra/Hutchison Telecom International joint ventures, the Hinduja Group and Max India are the shareholders of Hutchison Essar.
