Hughes Communications India Limited (HCIL) has bagged a national long distance (NLD) licence which will help the company expand its footprint in India.
Further, with this licence, HCIL plans to enhance its product and services portfolio, to include backhaul and converged services. Its current client base includes mobile operators, media and FM service providers and broadband operators.
The company?s cellular backhaul solutions are aimed at helping operators expand their network and product portfolio to rural markets.
