
Huawei-owned Honor smartphone brand has partnered with South India’s largest mobile phone retailing chain Sangeetha to sell its devices through offline retail model.
Sangeetha has a network of 320 stores across four states including Karnataka Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Kerela. About 60 per cent of the company?s stores are present in Bengaluru.
The partnership with Sangeetha is expected to catalyse Honor’s business target of achieving 10 fold increase in sales in 2015.
The first device to be sold as part of the alliance is going to be Honor Holly priced at Rs 7,999. The smartphone would be available at an inaugural offer of 20 per cent cashback, along with a Reliance dongle for an additional payment Rs 1.
Till now, Honor has been selling its smartphones across the country through its online sales partner Flipkart.
