Huawei Technologies has built the first large-scale next-generation network (NGN) toll communication network with TransTeleCom in Russia. The NGN, which will carry TransTeleCom subscribers’ voice traffic, spans nine time zones from Europe to Asia.
It also interoperates with the original network, retaining all the latter’s services.
