Huawei India has moved over 300 Indian employees to manage global operations from its India centre.
Huawei has about 6,000 employees in India. The telecom equipment maker?s business has been affected by the current regulatory uncertainty prevailing in the telecom space.
Huawei India has redeployed its existing employees in its Global Service Resource Center and Global Competence Center.
The company is looking forward to minimising the impact of restructuring within the company by offering employees global deployment opportunities and redeployment assistance. It also expects to curb the attrition rate by relocating its employees.
