HTC Corporation has launched the Desire Eye smartphone in India for a price of Rs 35,990. The smartphone has a 5.2-inch full HD LCD display with a screen resolution of 1080×1920 pixels. It is powered by a 2.3 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor and runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system. The Desire Eye has 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of inbuilt storage, which is expandable up to 128GB through a microSD card.
It features 13 megapixel primary and front-facing cameras with other same specifications like autofocus and dual-LED flash. The smartphone is packed with a battery capacity of 2400 mAh.
