Hong Kong’s telecom services provider Pacnet is setting up a 50:50 JV, Pacnet Business Solutions, with China’s IP solutions and ser vices provider Zhong Ren New Telecom (Zhong Ren).

Hong Kong’s telecom services provider Pacnet is setting up a 50:50 JV, Pacnet Business Solutions, with China’s IP solutions and services provider Zhong Ren New Telecom (Zhong Ren). The strategic alliance will enable both companies to leverage each other’s strengths to offer advanced telecom services to small, medium and large enterprises in China. Zhong Ren currently has an IP virtual private network licence for Guangdong province and an established presence in southern China and Beijing.
