According to a top executive at Human Mobile Devices (HMD), the company is reportedly partnering with Vodafone Idea Limited (Vi) to boost the adoption of affordable 4G feature phones, supported by bundled carrier benefits.
Additionally, the company is leveraging Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited’s (BSNL) distribution network to sell its devices across rural areas and villages.
As per the HMD executive, the two companies are expected to formally announce the partnership in the near term.
