HFCL wins order worth Rs 2.21 billlion from UP Metro Rail Corporation for Kanpur and Agra Metro projects

HFCL has won orders worth Rs 2.21 billion from Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation for Kanpur Metro and Agra Metro projects.

Under this, HFCL will set up telecom systems for 32.4 km of Kanpur Metro (corridor one and two) and 14 km of Agra Metro (corridor one).

According to the company, the projects will be completed in the next 33 months.

While, the construction of Agra Metro project was inaugurated in December 2020, civil construction works of Kanpur Metro’s priority corridor was launched in 2019.
