Himachal Futuristic Communications Limited (HFCL) has announced that it has secured an export order worth approximately $4.67 million, or around Rs 423.4 million, from a reputed international customer for the supply of optical fibre cables (OFCs).
According to a regulatory filing, the order involves the supply of OFCs as per the customer’s specifications. Further, the contract is expected to be executed by May 2026.
The company stated that none of its promoters or members of the promoter group have any interest in the entity awarding the contract. It also clarified that the order does not qualify as a related party transaction, in accordance with regulatory norms.
