Himachal Futuristic Communications Limited (HFCL) has announced its audited financial results for the fourth quarter (Q4) financial year ended March 31, 2022.

On standalone basis, the company reported a quarterly revenue of Rs 10.66 billion, earning before interest depreciation tax and amortisation (EBIDTA) of Rs 1.28 billion, profit before tax (PBT) of Rs 830 million and profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 620 million.

For the financial year ended March 31, 2022, the company reported revenue of Rs 42.86 billion, EBIDTA of Rs 5.72 billion, PBT of Rs 3.82 billion and PAT of Rs 2.83 billion on standalone basis.

The Board of Directors has also recommended a dividend at 18 per cent, that is Rs 0.18 per equity share of face value of Rs 1 each, for the financial year 2021-22.
