Helium AI, the artificial intelligence (AI) platform developed by Neural Arc, has announced the appointment of Sheetal Patole as co-founder. Sheetal is a globally recognised AI and data leader, executive, strategist, practitioner and engineer, who brings over 24 years of experience working with AI, data and digital transformation across industries including banking, financial services, resources, consulting, and technology.

Her career accolades include strategist at Infosys, chief data and information officer at Barclays, chief data and analytics officer at Macquarie Bank, and senior global data leadership positions where she led large-scale AI, data, and analytics transformations across regions. Earlier in her career, she worked with PwC, Deloitte, and EY, building deep expertise at the intersection of consulting, sales, and enterprise technology strategy.
Known for her practical and people-first approach to technology, Sheetal is recognised for delivering innovative and transformational outcomes. She has led global teams and worked closely with boards, executives, partners, and regulators to help organisations adopt AI in ways that are secure, ethical, and aligned with genuine business and customer needs.
