Hughes Communications India Private Limited (HCI) has announced the successful mandatory conformance certification of its latest JUPITER system terminals by the Telecommunication Engineering Centre (TEC) in India. The TEC is the apex technical body under the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), responsible for standardisation and testing of telecommunications equipment.
