The Gurgaon District Court has permitted Telenor to participate in the forthcoming 2G spectrum auction without Uninor, say news reports.
Prior to this, Unitech had filed a petition before the court, requesting it to bar Telenor from participating in the auction.
The court had accepted the company’s petition, after which, Telenor took the issue to the Punjab and Haryana High Court, which instructed the Gurgaon district court to pass its final order before September 20, 2012.
