GTL Infrastructure has signed a memorandum of understanding with IDFC’s subsidiary, IDFC Project Equity Company, to form a special purpose vehicle (SPV).

GTL Infrastructure has signed a memorandum of understanding with IDFC’s subsidiary, IDFC Project Equity Company, to form a special purpose vehicle (SPV). The SPV will address the acquisition opportunities for GTL in the telecom tower infrastructure space. GTL is looking to acquire stake in the tower businesses of telecom operators as well as other infrastructure companies.
