Telecom equipment manufacturer GTL has acquired Genesis Consultancy for $9 million. With the acquisition of this UKbased network service provider, GTL expects its network management and operations business to grow substantially.
Meanwhile, for the quarter ended September 30, 2006, the company posted an increase of 9.14 per cent and 6.07 per cent in net profit after tax and total income, respectively, over the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
