GSM operators added 6.68 million users in November 2011: COAI

According to the Cellular Operator’s Association of India (COAI), GSM mobile operators added a total of 6.68 million customers in November 2011.

Idea Cellular added 2.17 million customers, followed by Uninor, with 1.8 million customers.

Bharti Airtel added 9,60,083 users in November, taking its total subscriber base to 174.6 million. Vodafone Essar net 925,103 new subscribers during the month under purview.
