The information technology (IT) department of the government of Tripura has launched ‘Mobile Common Service Centre’ to provide services to panchayat and interior areas. To this end, Jishnu Dev Verma, deputy chief minister, Tripura, has flagged off 27 vehicles as part of the initial phase of the innovation.
The ‘Mobile Common Service Centre’ is installed in the mobile vehicle, which is reachable and accessible to every family. As a part of this service, computer, printer and accessories are available to help the people of micro interiors who fail to avail important government documents or certificates for residing in interiors.
