Subodh Kumar Gupta, Indian Telecommunication Service (ITS Retd.) has been appointed to the post of Member, Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TSDAT).
As per a Ministry of Communications notice issued in this regard, Gupta will be governed by the provisions of the Tribunals Reform Act, 2021, and rules framed thereunder during his service tenure.
