Global Holding Corporation (GHC), the promoter of GTL Limited, has increased its stake in the company from 29.66 per cent to 32.35 per cent at a cost of Rs 601.5 million.

Global Holding Corporation (GHC), the promoter of GTL Limited, has increased its stake in the company from 29.66 per cent to 32.35 per cent at a cost of Rs 601.5 million. GHC has acquired 2.55 million shares amounting to a 2.69 per cent stake in GTL Limited through an open market transaction.
