Gionee has launched the P3 device, priced at Rs 7,499.
The hand-held packs in a 1.3 GHz quad core processor and functions on the Android Jellybean operating system.
Other features include support for dual cameras (a 5 megapixel rear and a VGA front camera) and SIM cards, an in-built video player, 4 GB of internal memory and 512 MB of RAM.
