Gionee has introduced the CTRL V4 device, priced at Rs 9,999.
The handset packs in a 1.2 GHz quad core processor and the Android Jellybean operating system. Other features include dual cameras (a 5 megapixel rear camera and a VGA front camera), 4 GB of inbuilt memory and support for dual SIM cards.
