Foxconn and Wistron Corporation have suspended their production in India. This also includes the assembly of some Apple Inc. iPhone models.

The move comes as the companies decided to comply with the 21 days nationwide lockdown ordered on March 24, 2020, in India.

As per Foxconn, it is suspending operations until April 14, 2020 and intends to resume the production based on further government announcements.

However, adhering to the order, Wistron did not specify the products which are going to be affected.
