Exotel has received a pan-India unified licence for virtual network operator (UL VNO) enabling it to offer cloud calling solutions to businesses across India.
According to the company, the UL VNO licence will help it to provide MPPS and intermixing on the cloud which will help customers have VoIP calling with a distributed contact centre.
Further, the company is reportedly planning to launch an initial public offering (IPO) in 3-4 years at an appropriate valuation.
