Etisalat DB has awarded a five-year Rs 7.5 billion business process outsourcing (BPO) contract to Tech Mahindra, Aegis and Conflux.

Etisalat DB has awarded a five-year Rs 7.5 billion business process outsourcing (BPO) contract to Tech Mahindra, Aegis and Conflux.

According to the terms of the agreement, these BPO service providers will set up contact centres to provide customer management services for the operator. These centres will be responsible for the complete management of back-office processes.
