Ericsson signs a five-year contract with Three UK and EE

Ericsson has signed a five year contract with Mobile Broadband Network Limited (MBNL), a joint venture between Three UK and EE.

As part of the deal, Ericsson would be responsible for the maintenance and operations of the MBNL radio access network encompassing the Three UK and EE networks.

Ericsson will be providing managed services to MBNL, which includes a network operations centre, network performance and optimisation, field support and maintenance, multi-vendor spare parts management service for the 2G and 3G networks and 4G deployment for EE and Three UK.
