Ericsson has secured a new multibillion-dollar contract to supply 5G equipment to Bharti Airtel in India.
This follows a previous agreement where Ericsson received part of a $ 3.6 billion contract last month to provide 5G equipment to Vodafone Idea Limited (Vi), shared with Nokia and Samsung.
These new contracts are anticipated to significantly enhance Ericsson’s revenue in the coming year. Meanwhile, much of the deployment is likely to happen next year.
