Ericsson has announced its third quarter results. According to Hans Vestberg, chief executive officer, Ericsson, a strong demand for mobile broadband had driven a 17 per cent rise in third quarter revenues.
Earnings before interest and tax (excluding joint ventures) stood at 6.3 billion Swedish crowns ($955 million). The company?s key networks unit witnessed a 25 per cent growth in sales, despite a slowdown in the North American market.
