Ericsson and Oppo have signed a multi-year global cross-license agreement covering patents essential to standards for cellular technologies, including 5G.
As per the agreement, Oppo will make royalty payments to Ericsson.
In addition, Oppo and Ericsson aim to conduct business cooperation on various projects related to 5G, including device testing, customer engagements ents and marketing activities.
