Dotgo has collaborated with Vodafone Idea Limited’s (Vi) enterprise arm Vi Business to enable the monetisation of rich business messaging (RBM) services across India. Under this collaboration, Dotgo is offering its messaging-as-a-platform (MaaP) solution to manage services for Vi Business, thereby helping monetise RBM services nationwide.
RBM services, powered by Google RCS and Dotgo’s MaaP solution, have been integrated into Vi, which enables the delivery of rich communicaton service (RCS) business messages to all mobile subscribers in India.
