R. Chandrashekhar, secretary, Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has reportedly stated that DoT may auction more bandwidth to provide wireless broadband services after the decision on a pricing policy is taken.
He added that one chunk of bandwidth for wireless broadband services is available in 15 circles but it was unlikely that DoT would be able to complete the auction process within this fiscal year through March 2012.
