CloudConnect Communications, a Delhi-based virtual network operator (VNO), has secured a licence from the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) to offer its services in Mumbai and Ahmedabad.

With the licence, the company will get the first mover advantage through remote and distributed office set-up, live call monitoring, web-based integrated receptionist console, queue and campaign management system, abandoned call management system, advanced dashboards and call detail report, and admin and agent portal.

CloudConnect will be offering a business call management platform with unified cloud-based communication solutions, customer relationship management integration with telephony using programmable application programming interfaces (APIs), and calls and administration access to the platform in the domestic as well as international market.

The company aims to increase its market footprint to create new business opportunities and ventures/collaborations as a part of its expansion plans in the Indian market. According to the company, it is looking to strengthen its operations in western India and aims to make its cloud-based solutions more accessible and adaptable in the region.
