Dish and AT&T sign multi-year wireless network deal worth around $5 billion

Dish Network Corp has signed a multi-year deal worth at least $5 billion to make AT&T Inc the primary network services partner for its wireless customers.

As a part of the ten-year agreement, AT&T will provide voice, data, and messaging services to Dish-owned mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs) – Boost Mobile, Ting and Republic Wireless.

Further, Dish’s retail wireless customers throughout the USA will also gain access to voice and data roaming services on AT&T’s network.
