Digital Realty has appointed Seema Ambastha as the CEO of its India joint venture, BAM Digital Realty, after obtaining all necessary approvals for the joint venture.

As per the company, Bam Digital Realty is a joint venture between Brookfield Infrastructure and Digital Realty that was announced in July.

The joint venture enables the expansion of PlatformDigital, which is Digital Realty’s global data centre platform that supports the evolving data, control and networking demands of service providers both global and local enterprises.

Prior to this, Ambastha was working with NTT Netmagic as senior executive vice-president of sales and solution engineering. In the past, she has worked for Netmagic IT Services, Rolta, VMware, Oracle, and Wipro Infotech.
