Dialog Telekom is planning to raise Rs 20.5 billion to fund its expansion plans. The company has announced a 1 for 10 rights issue at Rs 21 each to raise Rs 15.54 billion. It will raise a further Rs 5 billion by way of a private placement of rated cumulative redeemable preference shares worth Re 1 each. The rights issue is expected to be submitted for approval by the company’s shareholders.
