C&W is in the process of deploying an MPLS network across the Middle East to support its enterprise customers in the technology, construction and financial service sectors. The network deployment includes establishing PoPs in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Bahrain. The network will ensure improved service and support for C&W’s customers and will enable it to route a greater volume of data traffic in the region. In a related development, the company has signed a three-year contract with a global technology provider in the Middle East for $20 million per year, under which C&W will provide MPLS services.
