CtrlS Datacenters Limited has announced the appointment of Mohit Pande as its chief financial officer (CFO). This is expected to strengthen the leadership team as Pande has 23 years of experience in the investment banking industry in the US and India.
In his new role, Pande will be leading the finance and corporate development functions at CtrlS, and will be responsible for expanding the company’s growth across India and international markets in a profitable and sustainable way.
Pande comes with experience in advising Indian and global clients on mergers and acquisitions and initial public offering transactions, and raising finances for high-growth companies. He is a renowned leader with a decade of experience each at Deutsche Bank and Jefferies, both in the US and India. He holds an engineering degree from IIT Delhi and a business degree from Wharton.
