Corning India has launched a new wireless software development Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Gurugram, in a bid to drive the adoption of 5G wireless networks. The CoE is expected to help service providers, systems integrators, academic institutions, and enterprises to test their services and solutions while acquiring new capabilities.
Additionally, the CoE will allow Corning India to showcase its field-proven products and solutions, while assisting the local industries to develop fully virtualised and innovative, cloud-managed solutions for public and private 5G enterprise networks.
Meanwhile, Corning India’s wireless software development CoE will enable the company’s wireless teams to support the development of innovative software solutions for public and private 5G-enterprise networks, work on wireless product concepts, and focus on system engineering.
