Circles and Huawei have signed a strategic collaboration agreement to jointly explore the delivery of AI-native, next-generation digital telecom solutions for operators globally. The partnership aims to combine Huawei’s network and cloud capabilities with Circles’ digital business support system vertical software as a service (SaaS) platform to help telecom operators accelerate digital transformation, enable real-time monetisation and deploy artificial intelligence (AI)-driven services at scale.

Under the agreement, both companies will explore integration across key telecom domains such as charging, policy control, cloud infrastructure and intelligent automation.

This includes enabling real-time monetisation through advanced charging and policy orchestration, AI-driven policy optimisation for dynamic network resource management, and intelligent customer lifecycle management through data-led automation and personalisation.

The collaboration will also assess the deployment of Circles’ SaaS platform on Huawei Cloud to support scalable, secure and sovereign-ready AI workloads, helping operators meet regulatory, data residency and performance requirements across markets.

By combining network intelligence with digital engagement and monetisation capabilities, the integrated offering is expected to support faster service innovation, improved revenue realisation and enhanced customer experience for telecom operators.
