China’s ZTE has signed an agreement with Alcatel to establish strate gic cooperation relations in the CDMA mobile communication sec tor.

Ghina’s ZTE has signed an agreement with Alcatel to establish strateC gic cooperation relations in the CDMA mobile communication sector. According to the agreement, Alcatel will authorise ZTE with OEM production of CDMA base station equipment, including CDMA2000, 1xRTT, EV-DO, EV-DV. ZTE has already established such relations with Intel and the Portugal Telecom Group.
