China’s biggest fixed line phone operator China Telecom Corporation, and its biggest mobile services carrier, China Mobile Communications Corporation, have signed a cooperation agreement to ease competition and streamline fast-growing networks. The agreement between the two companies aims to improve competitiveness and avoid duplicating networks.
