China Mobile has posted a profit of CNY 129.3 billion during 2012 in comparison to the profit of CNY125.87 billion in 2011. The company?s operating revenues stood at CNY 560.4 billion in 2012.
China Mobile netted in revenue of about CNY 166.35 billion and CNY 368.03 billion from data services and voice services, respectively. For the year 2012, the company?s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) stood at CNY 253.6 billion and its EBITDA margin stood at 45.3 per cent. The company?s capex in 2012 stood at CNY 127.4 billion.
At the end of 2012, China Mobile had a subscriber base of 710 million users, including 87.93 million 3G customers.
