
China-based consumer electronic and mobile phone manufacturer KONKA has partnered with MAK Mobility to enter the Indian smartphone market, say news reports.
Currently, KONKA sells its products in over 50 countries including the US, Europe and India. The company sees tremendous opportunity in the smartphone segment.
The company’s smartphones operate on Google’s Android platform and in so far, the company has sold 300 million devices globally.
MAK Mobility will be responsible for the distribution and supply chain management of KONKA’s mobile handsets in the country.
